M I Architects, Inc. specializes in developing ground up, remodeling gas stations, carwash facilities and converting service bays to convenience stores. Develop a new or remodel existing convenience stores and mini marts, fuel facilities and other commercial projects such as; shopping centers, office buildings, restaurants, coffee shops, educational buildings such as; schools and convention center.

M I Architects, Inc. provides assistance with all project phases including project programming, research of the local jurisdiction zoning requirements and preparation of schematic design layout. We prepare the planning package and coordinate the submission of the application to the planning department to obtain proper entitlement and approvals. We then proceed with the design development of the project, preparing permit drawings and construction documents, and subsequently submitting them to the building department to obtain appropriate building permits. We provide technical assistance to our clients during the bidding process to award the construction contract to the successful bidder. Provide support to the contractor during the construction phase and are available for consultation throughout the life of the project.

We prepare a site specific fuel system permit drawings, complete all the necessary jurisdictional applications, submit the fuel drawings and documents to the building department, fire department, health department and the air pollution control district in order to obtain the necessary approvals.
